MODULAR CONSTRUCTION:

Wherever possible, the programmes are modular in structure, enabling us to develop a series of trainings over time to target specific gaps that were identified during the initial measurement process.

COMPETENCE-BASED:

All our training programmes are linked to competencies for management and employees, therefore we are able to offer specific, competence-based training programmes instead of the traditional “off-the-shelf” offerings.

PERFORMANCE  ORIENTED:

We assess the individual competencies of the participants and consequently, all DOOR trainings are able  to directly address the  gaps between the current situation and your performance goals.

EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT ALIGNED:

Training programmes can only be effective if all interventions for management and employees are aligned. We work together with you to ensure that the programmes are firmly rooted in practice and that the necessary instruments and competencies are available.

TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS MUST BE MEASURABLE:

An internet-based evaluation can be initially done to establish a “zero” measurement before any trainings are delivered, and later a complete assessment of the effects of the training are measured. Your ROI is as important to us as it is to you!
