Due to the position DOOR Training & Consulting Andina has as one of the foremost training specialists in Venezuela's automotive industry, they were asked, last February, to manage Ford’s Marketing Institute - which is, needless to say, a massive compliment. Ford’s Marketing Institute is responsible for the certification of over 300 Sales Consultants and Managers of Ford’s dealer network, which at the moment has almost 60 dealerships dispersed throughout the country.
NUMBERS TELL THE STORY
Since DOOR Training & Consulting Andina took control of Ford's Marketing Institute they have trained over 100 Sales Consultants and just under 50 Sales Managers in various areas, some of which include: Sales, Service, Basic Mechanical Knowledge, Costumer Assistances and Marketing.
From their early beginnings a few years ago, until the days where they have benefited from their hard work, DOOR Andina have managed to carry out a total of 60 training days, which is a feat they “are extremely proud of”. In fact, it is a feat most training company would be proud of.
RESULTS MOTIVATE THE TEAM
By striving for their goals with utmost dedication they have achieved great results. Adriana López, their Operation Manager, gushes praise for her team: “Thanks for the hard work you have been doing! In three short months we have been able to certify 20 Sales Consultants and 15 Level I Sales Managers, for the Certification Convention held in Curacao the past May”.
