The second week in June, from the 9th to the 10th to be precise, saw John Simonsen take helm as the Master Trainer for The Hyundai Genesis (also known as the Rohen in China) TTT in Dubai. This TTT marked the launch of Hyundai’s luxurious, new car: Genesis. This is Hyundai’s first foray into building vehicles for discerning customers, in the E segment.
As stated in the Trainer briefing: “The word 'Genesis' in its Latin root means: "origin" "beginning" and "creation". For Hyundai, brand-wise, the Genesis model is indeed a unique creation, the beginning of a new segment of high quality luxury cars.
The participants were Sales Managers and non-technical trainers from Hyundai’s Middle Eastern region. There were representatives from many different countries, among them Iran, Libya, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and of course Dubai were represented.
A total of 15 people from Sales Companies attended the TTT along with 6 representatives from Hyundai’s Middle Eastern Regional Headquarter in Dubai led by Director, Mr. Byung-Tae Shin.
The TTT’s content was co-developed by DOOR Israel and HMC. This included a detailed presentation of the car via a static and dynamic product evaluation ending with a recommendation methodology to facilitate selling the new Genesis according to Hyundai’s 6 Step Customer Care Sales Process.
